Software License

Purchase of the software grants a license to use the software according to the selected subscription plan.

• 6 Month License
• 1 Year License
• Lifetime License

License Restrictions

• License is strictly non-transferable.
• License cannot be sold, assigned or shared with third parties.
• Only the registered customer may use the software.

Refund Policy

All software sales are final.

Licenses once purchased are non-refundable.

No refund requests shall be entertained after software activation or delivery.

Technical Issues

While we strive to maintain stable and reliable software services, Avani Industries shall not be held liable for:

• Temporary interruptions
• Internet connectivity issues
• Third-party service outages
• OpenAI API failures
• Payment gateway downtime
• Operating system incompatibilities
• Technical glitches
• Unexpected software behaviour

Customers acknowledge that software applications may occasionally experience technical issues beyond our control.

OpenAI API Usage

Users are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own OpenAI API keys.

Charges incurred by OpenAI are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Liability Limitation

Avani Industries shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the software.
